TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• $200.00 Cash Deposit required to bid
• CONDITIONS: Buyers complete inspection of property is encouraged. All announcements made by the Auctioneer at the Auction will take precedence over any previous printed material or any other oral statements made. All items will sell at Absolute Auction.
• SALES TAX: 7.75% Sales Tax will be charged. Any person or business claiming tax exemption must provide a copy of the resale license to our office by Monday April 20th 2026, email copy to rsvp@joebradley.com, any person claiming tax exemption day of sale will not be honored
• PAYMENTS: Accepted form of payment is cash. FINAL PAYMENT IS DUE AT CONCLUSION OF AUCTION ON ALL VAULTS.
• LOAD OUT/TRANSPORTATION: Load out and transportation will be the responsibility of the buyer. Property will become the responsibility of the purchasers once pronounced sold. Buyers and their agents, will dismantle, load, and remove all property at their own risk and expense. Buyers will schedule an appointment for pickup with warehouse.
• Buyers $200.00 deposit will be returned once vaults are returned clean.
• AUCTIONEERS DISCLAIMER: Buyers are encouraged to personally inspect items and rely on their own judgement and inspection. All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS with all faults if any.
• ACCIDENTS: Joe Bradley Auctioneers, nor the sellers are responsible for any accidental injury or theft.
• ATTENTION AUCTION BUYERS PREVIEW: We suggest that you arrive ½ hour prior to the Auction to register and have any last-minute questions answered.
